反-β-法尼烯(EβF)是蚜虫报警外激素的主要组分,可以驱避蚜虫并调节部分天敌的行为反应.为明确其生态功能,研究了EβF对马铃薯田间蚜虫(桃蚜、棉蚜、马铃薯长管蚜)及其主要天敌种群数量变动的影响.结果表明:2年内,EβF处理区(每周100μL)植株上的蚜虫数量显著低于对照区,瓢虫(2012、2013年)及僵蚜(2012年)的数量显著高于对照区.2012年,距离EβF释放器1和5 m处植株上蚜虫数量显著低于10 m处;2013年,距离EβF释放器1 m处植株上蚜虫数量显著低于5及10 m处.EβF处理区黄盆内寄生蜂和食蚜蝇(2012年)以及瓢虫(2013年)的数量显著高于对照区.表明马铃薯田间释放EβF可以在一定距离范围内抑制蚜虫的种群增长.
