歌唱过程是一个以情感为主线,气息为基础,声音为条件,音准、节奏准确,吐字归音到位,同时又要具备良好的心理素质,即心理调控能力共同参与的过程。在这一过程中,如果心理素质不好,可能会使整个过程大打折扣,不能正常发挥自己的演唱水平。那么,如何克服心理状态失衡或心理反常引起的紧张、恐惧、怯场这一系列现象,需要我们在声乐学习或教学中来共同探讨和分析,进而进行克服、培养和训练。
Singing process is a process based on the emotion-based line, breath-based, voice-based, accurate pitch, accurate rhythm and pronunciation in place. At the same time, it has to have good psychological qualities, that is, the ability of psychological regulation and control to participate together. In this process, if the psychological quality is not good, the entire process may be greatly reduced, and the normal performance of one’s own singing can not be normalized.
