报告用眼球前段重建术治疗54例(54只眼)严重眼前部损害的结果。其中48例(88.9％)保全了眼球,并有28例(51.9％)获得透明愈合。手术要点包括角膜移植、虹膜切除、晶体娩出、前玻璃体切除及重建前房和恢复眼球形态,并对其手术适应症、并发症及手术技巧进行了讨论。
The report of 54 cases (54 eyes) of severe anterior eye injury treated with anterior eye reconstruction. 48 of them (88.9%) preserved the eye and 28 (51.9%) received transparent healing. Key points of surgery included corneal transplantation, iridectomy, delivery of crystals, anterior vitrectomy and reconstruction of the anterior chamber and restoration of the eyeball morphology. The surgical indications, complications and surgical techniques were also discussed.
