目的观察宣肺透解剂对流感病毒感染小鼠肺病毒滴度及辅助性T细胞1型(Th1)细胞因子的作用,研究其抗病毒作用的可能机制。方法建立流感病毒鼠肺适应株(FM1)感染的小鼠肺炎模型,用微量血凝实验检测小鼠肺组织中病毒滴度,用生物活性测定法检测小鼠血清中白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)的活性水平。结果宣肺透解剂可降低感染小鼠肺组织病毒滴度,同时提高血清中IL-2、IFN-γ的活性水平。结论宣肺透解剂可能通过调节Th1型细胞因子的活性而增强细胞毒T细胞(CTL细胞)、自然杀伤细胞(NK细胞)和巨噬细胞对病毒的清除。
Objective To observe the effects of Xuanfei penetration agent on lung virus titer and T helper type 1 (Th1) cytokines in influenza virus-infected mice, and to study the possible mechanism of antiviral effect. METHODS: A mouse model of pneumonia in mice infected with influenza virus-adapted strain (FM1) was established. Viral titers in lung tissues of mice were detected by microagglutination test. Interleukin-2 levels in serum of mice were measured by bioactivity assay. -2) Activity level of IFN-γ. Results Xuanfei Penetration Agent could reduce the virus titer of lung tissue of infected mice and increase the activity of IL-2 and IFN-γ in serum. Conclusion Xuanfei Digestor may enhance the clearance of virus by cytotoxic T cells (CTL cells), natural killer cells (NK cells) and macrophages by regulating the activity of Th1 cytokines.
