介绍了封存环境下温湿度智能监控系统的设计与实现方法,给出了基于PC104总线的检测控制方案,详细论述了该系统的硬件构成及软件设计,有针对性地解决了部队在存放装备过程中维护和管理中的问题。系统不仅能实时监测、显示封存环境中的温湿度,还能利用转轮除湿机进行自动调控,给出异常状态下的报警信息,支持海量数据存储等功能。经实际运用,该温湿度智能监控系统运行稳定可靠,人机交互好,通用性和可扩展性强。
This paper introduces the design and implementation of temperature and humidity intelligent monitoring system in the storage environment, and presents the detection and control scheme based on PC104 bus. The hardware structure and software design of the system are discussed in detail. In the maintenance and management of the problem. System can not only real-time monitoring, display the temperature and humidity in the storage environment, but also the use of wheel dehumidifier automatic control, given the abnormal state of the alarm information, support for mass data storage and other functions. The practical application of the temperature and humidity monitoring system is stable and reliable, good human-computer interaction, versatility and scalability.
