目的探讨急性脑梗死患者检测血清中超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy),D-二聚体(D-D)和血脂水平的意义。方法采用乳胶增强免疫比浊法、循环酶法、乳胶免疫比浊法用日本东芝TBA120全自动生化分析仪分别对55例急性脑梗死患者和65例健康体检者血清的hs-CRP,Hcy,D-D,总胆固醇(TC),三酰甘油(TG),高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C),低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)进行检测分析。结果急性脑梗死组血清Hcy、hs-CRP、D-D的水平显著高于健康对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。血脂中的TC和LDL-C的水平明显高于健康对照组,HDL-C的水平低于健康对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论急性脑梗死的发生与血清中hs-CRP,Hcy,D-D和TC、LDL-C的水平变化呈正相关,与HDL-C的水平呈负相关。
Objective To investigate the significance of detection of serum hs-CRP, Hcy, D-D and serum lipids in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods Serum levels of hs-CRP, Hcy, DD in 55 patients with acute cerebral infarction and 65 healthy controls were detected by latex immune turbidimetry, circulating enzyme and latex immunoturbidimetry using TBA120 automatic biochemical analyzer. , Total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) Results The levels of Hcy, hs-CRP and D-D in acute cerebral infarction group were significantly higher than those in healthy control group (P <0.01). The levels of TC and LDL-C in blood lipids were significantly higher than those in healthy controls, and the levels of HDL-C were lower than those in healthy controls (P <0.01). Conclusions The occurrence of acute cerebral infarction is positively correlated with the changes of serum hs-CRP, Hcy, D-D, TC and LDL-C, and negatively correlated with the level of HDL-C.
