目的对多层螺旋CT诊断肺动脉栓塞的临床应用价值进行研究。方法采用8层螺旋CT扫描机并且使用层厚1mm×25mm对胸部进行增强扫描,多平面重建要与原始数据相结合,研究诊断为肺动脉栓塞的32例患者的影像学。结果 6支左/右肺动脉,114支亚段肺动脉,73支叶肺动脉,99支段肺动脉,292支病变共累积肺动脉。结论采取多层螺旋CT肺动脉造影,不仅创伤小、速度快,并且敏感性较高,是检查肺动脉栓塞的首选方法。
Objective To study the clinical value of multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of pulmonary embolism. Methods An 8-slice spiral CT scanner was used and the thorax was scanned with a layer thickness of 1 mm × 25 mm. Multiplanar reconstruction was combined with the original data to study the imaging findings of 32 patients diagnosed as pulmonary embolism. Results Six left / right pulmonary arteries, 114 sub-pulmonary arteries, 73 pulmonary arteries, 99 pulmonary arteries, and 292 lesions were included in the study. Conclusion Multi-slice spiral CT pulmonary angiography is not only less invasive, faster and more sensitive, it is the preferred method to detect pulmonary embolism.
