为提高反应产率,以废弃酒糟为活性炭前体制得酒糟基固体碱,在其作用下3-溴甲基-1,6,8-三甲氧基-9,10-蒽醌和系列(1E,4E)-1,5-二芳基-1,4-戊二烯-3-酮反应高效地合成了16个1,3,8-三甲氧基-6-((2/4-((E,4E)-3-氧-5-芳基-1,4-戊二烯-1-基)苯氧基)甲基)-9,10-蒽醌类化合物,其结构经~1H NMR和~(13)C NMR确证。该方法产率较直接采用K_2CO_3为催化剂有了显著提高,且固体碱用量少,催化剂后处理简单,重复使用4次仍保持较高活性。
In order to improve the yield of the reaction, the spent distiller’s grains were taken as the precursor of activated carbon to prepare the distiller’s base solid base, and under the action of 3-bromomethyl-1,6,8-trimethoxy-9,10-anthraquinone and series (1E, 4E) -1,5-diaryl-1,4-pentadiene-3-one to efficiently synthesize 16 1,3,8-trimethoxy-6 - ((2/4 - ( , 4E) -3-oxo-5-aryl-1,4-pentadien-1-yl) phenoxy) methyl) -9,10-anthraquinones, whose structures were confirmed by ~ 1H NMR and ~ (13) C NMR confirmed. Compared with the direct use of K 2 CO 3 as the catalyst, the yield of the method has been significantly improved, and the amount of the solid base used is less, the post-treatment of the catalyst is simple, and the use of K 2 CO 3 keeps the high activity even after repeated use for four times.
