目的:探讨葛根总黄酮对CCl4所致小鼠急性肝损伤的保护作用,同时进一步探讨葛根总黄酮抗肝损伤可能的作用机制。方法:用四氯化碳(CCl4)制备急性肝损伤动物模型。测定血清中天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)和丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、肝组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力及丙二醛(MDA)含量,并观察肝组织形态学变化。结果:葛根总黄酮能显著降低CCl4所致小鼠血清AST、ALT含量的升高(P<0.01),并能升高SOD的活性,降低MDA含量(P<0.05);减轻对肝细胞的病理性损害。结论:葛根总黄酮对CCl4所致的小鼠急性肝损伤具有一定的保护作用,其机制可能与清除氧自由基和抗脂质过氧化有关。
Objective: To investigate the protective effect of Pueraria lobata flavonoids on acute liver injury induced by CCl4 in mice and to explore the possible mechanism of the effect of Pueraria total flavone on liver injury.
