In this paper, we observed the distribution of mouse lymphocytes with natural rosettes in sheep red blood cells in various immune organs and peripheral blood. The thymus, spleen and lymph node cells were found to have the highest flowering rate, followed by blood and bone marrow. The acidic (alpha-acetate naphthylase) (ANAE) staining was combined with the natural rose formation test to initially analyze the type of flowering cells. It was found that 55.2% of the flowering cells were ANAE positive, indicating that the majority of flowering cells are T cells. However, 35% of the ANAE-negative lymphocytes were also flowered, and there was no significant difference in the rate of flower formation between ANAE positive and negative cells, suggesting that non-T cells could also become flowers. In view of the 11% cell formation in the bone marrow, B cells are also thought to form. Roses.
