中式面点是中华民族的一大发明,也是饮食文化的产物,所以称之为“主食”。在现代,随着经济的发展,面点行业已发展成与人们生活息息相关的行业,但在改革开放二十多年的历程中,中式面点的发展相对较为缓慢。给中式面点重新进行战略定位并注入竞争力,中式面点振兴与发展已呈势在必行之事。
Chinese pasta is a great invention of the Chinese nation, but also a product of food culture, so called “staple food.” In the modern era, with the economic development, the pasta industry has developed into an industry closely related to people’s life. However, in the course of more than 20 years of reform and opening up, the development of Chinese pasta has been relatively slow. It is imperative to revitalize and develop Chinese pasta by re-positioning Chinese pasta and injecting its competitiveness.
