“套磁”是指通过语言或非语言的方式与交际对象套近乎,拉关系。考生通过电子邮件和目标导师“套磁”的主要目的之一就是为了建立关系。本文借用Spencer-Oatey的“关系管理”理论框架,分析中文“套磁”邮件中的考生如何进行面子管理和交际权管理。研究发现,套磁者赋予自我的素质面子既有正面的,也有负面的,但以正面为主;而被套磁者的素质面子皆为正面的;套磁者具有多种多样的身份面子,而被套磁者的身份面子较为单一;套磁者多用道歉、致谢等言语行为来降低强加的程度,平衡交际双方的公平权;套磁者可通过寻找双方之间的“交集”来获得平等的交际权。
“Set of magnetic ” refers to the language or non-verbal communication with the set of near, pull relationship. This paper uses Spencer-Oatey’s “relational management ” theory framework to analyze how candidates in Chinese “Magnetism” mails face-control and communication-rights management. The study shows that the quality facets given by the magnetism are both positive and negative, but the positive is the main face; while the quality face of the implied magnetism is positive. The magnetism has a variety of faces, The identity of the quilt-covered magnetist is relatively monotonous; the set of magnetists use apology, gratitude and other verbal acts to reduce the degree of imposition and balance the fairness of both parties; the set of magnetists can obtain equality by looking for “intersection” between the two parties Communication right.
