探讨结肠溶口服胸腺肽对氢化泼尼松免疫抑制小鼠的细胞免疫功能的影响。方法:通过制备氢化泼尼松免疫低下的小鼠模型、用细胞毒试验测定小鼠T细胞亚群水平的变化。结果:其Thy-1和L3T4亚群水平明显高于免疫低下对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01);而与阳性对照组、正常鼠组相比,均无显著性差异,灌胃剂量与Thy-1和L3T4亚群水平的相关分析显示量效之间均明显相关(P<0.01)。结论:结肠溶口服胸腺肽和胸腺肽注射剂使用一样,同样具有明显增强和调节细胞免疫功能的作用。口服胸腺肽剂量选用0.3mg/kg即能明显提高免疫抑制小鼠的T细胞亚群水平。
To investigate the effect of oral administration of recombinant oral thymosin on the cellular immune function of immunosuppressed mice. Methods: The immunosuppressive mice model of prednisolone was prepared and the changes of T lymphocyte subsets in mice were determined by cytotoxicity assay. Results: The levels of Thy-1 and L3T4 sub-groups were significantly higher than those in the immunocompromised control group (P <0.05 or P <0.01), but no significant difference compared with the positive control group and normal mice group, Correlation analysis between the dose of gavage and Thy-1 and L3T4 subpopulations showed that there was a significant correlation between dose-effect and dose-effect (P <0.01). Conclusion: The oral administration of oral administration of thymosin and thymosin injection of colon also has the same effect of obviously enhancing and regulating cellular immune function. Oral thymosin dose selection 0.3mg / kg that can significantly improve the immunosuppressive mice T cell subsets.
