高职院校科研型、学术型教师的培养有助于彻底转变高职院校只重应用不注重学术的现状,因而受到了越来越多高职院校的关注。我们试图通过文献研究法、调查法等对高职院校科研型、学术型教师的培养规律进行分析,进而提出相应的高职院校科研型、学术型教师的培养路径,最终为高职院校科研型、学术型教师的培养提供一定的思路。
The training of scientific research-based and academic-type teachers in higher vocational colleges helps to completely transform the higher vocational colleges to pay more attention to academic applications than academic ones. Therefore, more and more vocational colleges are concerned. We try to analyze the training rules of scientific research and academic teachers in higher vocational colleges by means of literature research, investigation and so on, and then put forward corresponding training paths for scientific research and academic teachers in higher vocational colleges. Finally, School-based research, academic teacher training to provide some ideas.
