随着对电阻点焊质量要求的不断提高,现有的检验方法已经不能满足低成本、高效率的现代化生产。因此,建立基于过程参数的电阻点焊质量评定系统非常必要。本文设计了应用于电阻点焊数据采集系统的Rogowski电流传感器并推导了其互感系数的计算方法,设计了与之配套的信号调理电路,完成积分和放大的功能。测试结果表明,所设计的电流传感器及其信号调理电路符合设计要求,为开发电阻点焊质量评定系统提供了必不可少的硬件组成部分。
With the continuous improvement of the quality requirements of resistance spot welding, the existing test methods can no longer meet the requirements of low-cost and high-efficiency modern production. Therefore, it is necessary to establish the resistance spot welding quality assessment system based on process parameters. In this paper, the Rogowski current sensor which is used in the data acquisition system of resistance spot welding is designed and its calculation method of mutual inductance is deduced. The signal conditioning circuit is designed to complete the function of integration and amplification. The test results show that the designed current sensor and its signal conditioning circuit meet the design requirements and provide the necessary hardware components for the development of resistance spot welding quality assessment system.
