眼外肌麻痹是临床多见的一种疾病。虽然通过全面临床检查却难以发现眼肌麻痹的原因。该病治疗方法繁多,但是疗效均不够理想,多年不愈最后只有采取手术方法才能解除复视痛苦。我们选用肌苷,辅酶A,氟美松药物,分3个疗程麻痹肌肉内注射的方法,其中Ⅰ级治愈9例,Ⅱ级治愈1例。一、临床资料:男6例,女4例,年龄最小15岁,最大78岁。外直肌麻痹7例,上斜肌麻痹3例二、治疗方法:第1疗程:肌苷40mg麻痹肌肉内注射,每日1次,连续3～5日。
Extraocular muscle paralysis is a common clinical disease. Although through a comprehensive clinical examination it is difficult to find the cause of ophthalmoplegia. Treatment of the disease many ways, but the effect is not ideal enough for many years unhealed only the last surgical approach to relieve dipolar pain. We use inosine, coenzyme A, dexamethasone drugs, divided into three courses paralysis intramuscular injection method, which Ⅰ grade 9 cases were cured, Ⅱ grade 1 case of cure. First, the clinical data: 6 males and 4 females, the youngest 15 years old, the largest 78 years old. External rectus paralysis in 7 cases, upper oblique muscle paralysis in 3 cases Second, the treatment: the first course of treatment: inosine 40mg paralysis intramuscular injection, once daily for 3 to 5 days.
