随着医学成像技术及医疗仪器的发展,影像学检查已是预防和治疗各种心血管疾病的重要手段,用数学知识,科学分析、处理这些海量数据显得尤为必要。数学在这方面的应用就体现出来。而血管中心线是反映血管空间拓扑结构的骨架,它的提取不仅是血管造影图像定量分析中的关键步骤,还是血管树三维重建的重要基础。一个恰当精确的轴线提取结果不仅可以正确判断血管分支点,还提高了血管重建的精确度。本文主要介绍了用数学知识得到的提取方法。
With the development of medical imaging technology and medical instruments, imaging examination has been an important means to prevent and treat various cardiovascular diseases. With mathematical knowledge, it is necessary to analyze and process these massive data scientifically. The application of mathematics in this area is reflected. The vascular centerline is the skeleton that reflects the topological structure of vascular space. Its extraction is not only the key step in the quantitative analysis of angiographic images, but also the important foundation of 3D reconstruction of vascular tree. An accurate and accurate axis extraction can not only correctly judge the branch point of the blood vessel, but also improve the accuracy of the vessel reconstruction. This article mainly introduces the method of extracting with mathematic knowledge.
