混合氨基酸铜络合物杀菌剂,是一种制备简便、高效、低毒、低残留量的新农药。近年来,它在治疗果树腐烂病和防治一些农作物病害中,已收到了显著的效果。我们曾报导了测定该农药中总铜量的方法。为了研究该农药中混合氨基酸和铜离子的络合程度及农药水剂的稳定性,我们进一步研究了用示波极谱测定杀菌剂中游离铜离子的方法。用普通极谱研究单一氨基酸铜络合物虽有报导,但未见用极谱法研究混合氨基酸铜络合物的报导。本文对该杀菌剂中游离铜离子的示波极谱测定条件进行了研究。实验证明:底液为1 M硝酸钾和0.002%明
Mixed amino acid copper complex fungicide, is a preparation of simple, efficient, low toxicity, low residual amount of new pesticides. In recent years, it has received remarkable results in the treatment of rots of fruit trees and in the control of some crop diseases. We have reported the method of determining the total amount of copper in this pesticide. In order to study the degree of complexation of mixed amino acids and copper ions in this pesticide and the stability of pesticides, we further studied the method of determining free copper ions in bactericides by oscillopolarography. Although there have been reports of single amino acid copper complexes using conventional polarographic studies, no reports of mixed amino acid copper complexes have been reported using polarography. In this paper, the conditions for the determination of free copper ions in this fungicide by oscillopolarography were studied.
