The small clay plate from the first half of the eighteenth century BC came from the archives of King Muramrabi (1792-1515 BC), the first dynasty of Babylon. Hamourabi’s epistle and the reports he received containing many reports of relations with the land of Babel in the land provide an illustration of certain provisions of King Hammurabi’s code in the form of real life. Of particular note is the original text of a report on irrigation water and field disputes that shows how the king of Babylon actively interfered with cronies and regulated the activities of elders and residents of all cities. According to the article by E. Thureau-Dangin, La correspondence de Hammurabi avec Sadas-hasir, No. 64, 40, 39, 36.
