推进先进制造业基地建设,是贯彻落实党的十六大和省十一次党代会精神,走具有浙江特色的新型工业化道路的一项重大战略部署,对于提高我省经济综合实力和国际竞争力,实现经济社会的可持续发展,确保提前基本实现现代化,具有十分重要的意义。为了全面实施《浙江省先进制造业基地建设规划纲要》,促进先进制造业基地建设工作顺利开展,现提出如下意见,请结合实际,认真贯彻执行。
Advancing the construction of advanced manufacturing bases is a major strategic plan for implementing the spirit of the party’s 16th National Congress and the 11th Party Congress, and taking a new type of industrialization road with Zhejiang characteristics, to improve the overall economic strength and international competitiveness of our province. It is of great significance to realize sustainable economic and social development and ensure the basic realization of modernization in advance. In order to fully implement the “Outline of Zhejiang Province’s Advanced Manufacturing Base Construction Plan” and promote the smooth development of the advanced manufacturing base, we hereby put forward the following opinions. Please combine the actual conditions and conscientiously implement it.
