马斯洛自我实现理论的管理哲学意义在于其中蕴涵的人本主义的价值观,这种价值观坚持管理的目的在于帮助人的健康成长,管理是为了促进人的自我实现。马斯洛理论对于社会的管理创新有着启示意义。马斯洛自我实现理论及以人为本的价值观的树立和贯彻,实质上是一场价值观的创新,是管理哲学的革命。对社会进行以人为本的管理的最终目标是促进人的全面发展。即坚信人总是追求真善美,有一个人类的终极价值,它强调人的最高价值在于最充分地发挥自己的潜力——自我实现。
The philosophy of management of Maslow’s self-actualization lies in the humanistic values contained in it. The purpose of this concept of value is to help people grow up healthily, and management is to promote people’s self-realization. Maslow’s theory has implications for social management innovation. Maslow’s self-realization theory and the people-centered values are essentially the innovation of values and the revolution of management philosophy. The ultimate goal of people-centered management of society is to promote the all-round development of people. That is, people are always convinced of the truth, beauty and beauty and have the ultimate value of mankind. It emphasizes that the highest value of man lies in giving full play to his potential - self-actualization.
