用矿浆电解法处理广西难处理复杂锑铅矿 ,并对银的控制浸出进行了条件试验。结果表明 ,在矿浆电解过程中 ,通过加入KI可以控制锑铅矿中银的浸出 ,银浸出率小于 2 0 % ,阴极锑含银小于 2 0 0g/t。抑制在渣中的银被富集在铅精矿中 ,并在火法炼铅过程予以回收 ,银的总回收率大于 80 %。
The refractory complex antimony lead ore was treated by slurry electrolysis in Guangxi and the controlled leaching of silver was tested. The results show that silver leaching in antimony lead ore can be controlled by adding KI in the process of pulp electrolysis. The leaching rate of silver is less than 20% and the content of antimony silver in the cathode is less than 200 g / t. Inhibition of the silver in the slag is enriched in the lead concentrate and recovered during the pyrometallurgical lead recovery. The total recovery of silver is greater than 80%.
