冷轧辊在使用中承受着很大的静载荷及动载荷,表面受到剧烈磨损,所以,冷轧辊最主要的技术条件是高而均匀的表面硬度。下面,以φ38冷轧工怍辊为例,介绍其热处理及硬度测试的情况。一、冷轧工作辊概况冷轧工作辊简图见图1所示。其材料为9Cr2钢,热处理技术条件为辊身表面硬度HS90~100,有效淬硬层深度不小于2毫米;辊身端面边缘软带宽度小于25毫米。
