本文叙述了使用一般设备和方法真空镀膜时,镜片膜层的牢固度由载盘中心向边缘而减弱,且边缘区其形状规则。作者通过实验,指出该现象是由蒸镀薄膜时蒸气入射角太大造成的,并据此导出凹凸透镜蒸气入射角的计算公式,讨论了与之有关的参数变化关系和减少蒸气入射角的方法,以利提高真空薄膜膜层质量。
