目的了解新疆喀什地区禽类从业人员对人禽流感相关知识知晓情况及态度和行为状况,为制定相应的防控措施提供科学依据。方法对喀什地区267名家禽从业人员进行了人禽流感的知识、态度和行为的问卷调查。结果共调查喀什地区禽类从业人员267人,人禽流感传染源知晓率46.82%,认为人禽流感通过呼吸道传播的知晓率为29.59%,知道人感染禽流感有发热、咳嗽等症状的知晓率为68.16%;被调查者接触禽类或污染器物后,有洗手习惯、坚持戴口罩、工作时坚持更换工作服、对使用的生产器具定期消毒的知晓率分别为36.33%、29.96%、30.34%和49.44%;规模化养殖场人员在以上防护行为执行方面明显高于个体家禽养殖、活禽销售和宰杀等从业人员。结论应加强健康教育和健康促进,提高禽类从业人员的防控知识水平,倡导流感疫苗接种,指导并规范从业人员的职业防护技能。
Objective To understand the knowledge, attitudes and behaviors of bird poultry in Kashi Prefecture in Xinjiang in order to provide a scientific basis for formulating appropriate prevention and control measures. Methods A questionnaire survey on the knowledge, attitude and behavior of bird flu in 267 poultry workers in Kashi Prefecture was conducted. Results A total of 267 poultry workers in Kashi Prefecture were surveyed. The awareness rate of bird flu infection sources was 46.82%. The awareness rate of human bird flu transmission through the respiratory tract was 29.59%. The awareness rates of fever, cough and other symptoms of bird flu were 68.16% of the respondents had contact with the poultry or contaminated utensils, they had a habit of washing their hands, they insisted on wearing masks and insisted on changing work clothes during their work. The awareness rate of regular disinfection of the production equipment used was 36.33%, 29.96%, 30.34% and 49.44% respectively. ; Large-scale farms personnel in the implementation of the above-mentioned protective behavior was significantly higher than the individual poultry farming, live poultry sales and slaughtering and other practitioners. Conclusion Health education and health promotion should be strengthened, the prevention and control knowledge level of poultry practitioners should be enhanced, influenza vaccination should be promoted, and the occupational protection skills of practitioners should be guided and regulated.
