Unlike angiosperms, the synthesis of cyanobacterial cyanobacteria depends on both light and light independent pathways [1]. Therefore, the heterotrophic growth of cyanobacteria also synthesizes chlorophyll under dark conditions. Under different nutrient conditions, the chlorophyll synthesis of cyanobacteria is also relatively stable, and its content is often used as an indicator of biomass. DCMU is known to be a photosynthesis inhibitor that blocks the electron transfer of the photosystem to plastoquinone. Reported
