本文研究了分子筛负载双金属催化剂的制备和反应条件对CO_2加氢合成甲醇、乙醇的催化性能的影响。详细考察了活性组分、分子筛种类、稀土添加剂、pH值及Cu/Ru比等的影响。讨论了反应温度、压力和H_2/CO_2比对催化剂活性和选择性的影响,并用XPS和FT-IR对催化剂进行了表征。
In this paper, the preparation of zeolite supported bimetallic catalysts and the reaction conditions on the catalytic performance of CO_2 hydrogenation of methanol and ethanol were studied. The effects of active components, molecular sieves, rare earth additives, pH and Cu / Ru ratio were investigated in detail. The effects of reaction temperature, pressure and H 2 / CO 2 ratio on the catalytic activity and selectivity were discussed. The catalysts were characterized by XPS and FT-IR.
