The Technical Foundation for the Establishment of Foundation Foundation Committee of China Engineering Construction Standardization Association and Foundation Standards was held on October 23-27, 1991 in Jiujiang City, Jiangxi Province. Over 200 design, construction, scientific research, and exploration from 23 provinces and cities across the country. Representatives of universities and colleges attended the meeting. At the meeting, the Chinese Academy of Building Research Institute of Land Foundation Liu Jinxi introduced the preparations for the conference. Li Mingshun, China Academy of Building Research, conveyed the spirit of the project construction standardization work conference. Shanghai Municipal Planning Bureau Sun Gengsheng introduced the “Shanghai Foundation Design Standard” (DBJ08-11-89), Fujian Provincial Construction Engineering Corporation Chen Yubin introduced the “Fujian Province Foundation Survey Design Specifications” (DBJ13-07-91) ; South China University of Technology Wu Xiangxing Introduction
