目的:观察炎宁胶囊体外抗菌效果和抑菌浓度。方法:采用试管二倍稀释法测定该药物对金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌、甲型溶血性链球菌、大肠埃希菌、变形杆菌、绿脓杆菌、痢疾杆菌、肺炎克雷伯菌、伤寒杆菌、流感嗜血杆菌、白假丝酵母菌的体外抑菌作用。结果:炎宁胶囊对76株革兰阳性菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)范围为3.15~50.00mg/m L,对43株革兰阴性菌MIC范围为25.00~100.00mg/m L,其中在药物溶解浓度范围内未测出药物对变形杆菌、伤寒杆菌MIC。在琼脂平板中炎宁胶囊抗菌作用(抑菌圈直径)与阳性药物比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:炎宁胶囊具有显著的抗菌作用,其中对革兰阳性菌的抑制作用较革兰阴性菌稳定。
Objective: To observe the antibacterial effect and antibacterial concentration of Yanning capsule in vitro. Methods: The test tube was used to determine the effect of the drug on Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus epidermidis, Streptococcus hemolyticus, Escherichia coli, Proteus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Shigella dysenteriae, Klebsiella pneumoniae, typhoid fever Bacteriuria, Haemophilus influenzae, Candida albicans in vitro antibacterial activity. Results: The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of Yanning capsule against 76 Gram-positive bacteria ranged from 3.15 to 50.00 mg / m L, and the range of MIC of 43 Gram-negative bacteria was 25.00-100.00 mg / m L, No drug was detected in the drug dissolution concentration for Proteus, Typhoid bacillus MIC. The antibacterial effect (diameter of antibacterial circle) of Yanning Capsule in agar plate was significantly higher than that of positive drug (P <0.05). Conclusion: Yanning capsule has a significant antibacterial effect, of which Gram-positive bacteria are more stable than Gram-negative bacteria.
