目的:探讨白花前胡合剂对局灶性脑缺血再灌注大鼠脑组织形态学的影响。方法:采用线栓法制作大鼠大脑中动脉脑缺血再灌注模型,设立假手术组、模型组、白花前胡合剂液大、中、小剂量治疗组,造模动物清醒后即刻给药,于第3日处死,固定包埋HE染色观察组织形态学改变。结果:白花前胡合剂组缺血侧神经细胞亦呈缺血改变,但只有部分细胞固缩,且深染程度较轻,细胞的密集程度较缺血对照组明显增加。结论:白花前胡合剂能够改善局灶性脑缺血再灌注大鼠脑组织形态学的变化。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Baihua Qianhu mixture on brain histomorphology after focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion in rats. Methods: The middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) model of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion was established by thread occlusion. The rats in sham-operation group, model group and Baihuaqianhu mixture solution were treated with large, The rats were sacrificed on the third day, fixed and embedded in HE staining to observe the histological changes. Results: The ischemic neuronal cells of Baihua Qianghuai Mixture group also showed ischemic changes, but only part of the cells were pyknotic and the degree of deep staining was lighter. The density of cells was significantly higher than that of ischemic control group. Conclusion: Baihuaqianghuai Mixture can improve the morphological changes of brain tissue after focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion in rats.
