由哈佛学派创立的“结构——行为——绩效”分析范式指导我们从市场结构出发来研究产业内的垄断与竞争问题。其中,市场集中度指标向来是观察市场结构的重要参数。然而,随着产业特征的不断演变,传统市场集中度指标对于零售业市场结构缺乏足够的解释力。为此,我国学者已经开发出区域市场集中度指标用以改进传统的全国市场集中度指标,来更好地描述和分析我国零售业市场结构。本文正是在已有理论成果的基础上,对区城市场集中度指标做出进一步完善,提出新的指标及选用原则,试图克服原有加权平均算法的弱点,并引入分业态的分析视角,从而更加客观、全面地解析当前我国零售业市场结构。
The “structural-behavioral-performance” paradigm founded by the Harvard School guides us in the study of the monopolies and competition in the industry from the perspective of market structure. Among them, the index of market concentration has always been an important parameter for observing the market structure. However, with the continuous evolution of industrial characteristics, the traditional market concentration index lacks sufficient explanatory power for the retail market structure. To this end, Chinese scholars have developed regional market concentration indicators to improve the traditional national market concentration index to better describe and analyze the retail market structure in China. Based on the existing theoretical results, this paper further consummates the market concentration index in the district city, puts forward the new index and selection principle, attempts to overcome the weaknesses of the original weighted average algorithm, Thus more objective and comprehensive analysis of the current retail market structure in China.
