成人教育实践及教育心理学研究表明,成人教育中,自学效果如何,有一定的因素左右着他们的学习活动和学习效果,关键是心理因素。其包括智力因素和非智力因素两大类。智力因素一般指直接参加学习过程的心理认知因素,包括自学中的思考、观察、记忆、分析、推理、想象等;非智力因素一般指间接参加学习过程的心理影响因素,包括身体、动机、习惯、情绪、压力、自信心等心理、生理等因素。
