本文着重研究了混合气体保护对铝合金熔化极点焊质量的影响。试验结果表明,在惰性气体中加入微量氧,能显著改善焊点形状及其性能,宏观裂纹趋于消失,微观裂纹和气孔大为减少,从而提高了焊点的强度和熔核结晶的致密性。
This article focuses on the impact of mixed gas protection on the quality of aluminum alloy fusion pole welding. The experimental results show that adding trace oxygen to inert gas can remarkably improve the shape and properties of solder joints, and the macro-cracks tend to disappear and the micro-cracks and pores are greatly reduced, thereby increasing the strength of the solder joints and the compactness of nugget crystallization .
