目的对乌鲁木齐市现有卫生资源配置现状进行调查与分析,为卫生行政部门优化卫生资源配置提供科学依据。方法对乌鲁木齐市城、乡各级各类医疗机构卫生资源的各项指标进行统计描述分析;并与全国平均水平、全省卫生资源状况进行比较分析。结果 2009年乌鲁木齐市共有各类卫生机构1748个,其中社区卫生服务站增长速度较快,城市与农村卫生机构数相差较大。卫生工作人员中护士增长速度较快,每千人口医师数4.72人,每千人口注册护士4.61人,均高于全疆与全国水平。病床使用率逐年升高,卫生事业经费的投入逐年增加。结论乌鲁木齐市卫生机构分布不合理;卫生人员集中在经济较发达地区,且内部结构欠合理,基层卫生服务体系缺乏高学历人才,社区卫生服务站医疗服务发展较快,药费所占医疗费用比例仍然不断上升,卫生事业经费政府投入仍不足。
Objective To investigate and analyze the existing distribution of health resources in Urumqi and provide a scientific basis for the health administration to optimize the allocation of health resources. Methods Statistical analysis of various indicators of health resources in urban and rural areas of Urumqi at all levels was carried out and compared with the national average and health resources in the province. Results In 2009, Urumqi City, a total of 1748 various types of health institutions, including community health service stations growing faster, the difference between urban and rural health institutions larger. The number of nurses in health workers increased rapidly, with 4.72 physicians per 1,000 population and 4.61 registered nurses per 1,000 population, both of which were higher than that of Xinjiang and the whole country. The utilization rate of hospital beds has been increasing year by year, and the investment in health services has been increasing year by year. Conclusion The distribution of health institutions in Urumqi is not reasonable. The health workers are concentrated in economically developed areas, and the internal structure is not reasonable. There is a lack of highly educated personnel in the primary health service system. The medical services in community health service stations are developing rapidly. The proportion of medical expenses Still rising, government spending on health care is still not enough.
