通过研究基于WEB的医院人力资源管理系统的设计,提升医院信息管理效率和质量。首先系统分析了某院人力资源管理流程,明确医院人力资源管理系统的总体架构和功能模块,借助WEB技术建立以原结构和数据库的人力资源管理系统。通过分析设计医院人力资源管理系统总体架构和功能模块建立基于WEB的人力资源管理系统。建立以WEB为基础的医院人力资源管理系统,促进了医院信息化建设,有效提升了医院人力资源管理效率和质量。
By studying the design of hospital human resource management system based on WEB, the efficiency and quality of hospital information management can be improved. First of all, a hospital human resource management process is analyzed systematically, the overall structure and function modules of the hospital human resource management system are clarified, and a human resource management system based on the original structure and database is established by means of WEB technology. By analyzing and designing the overall structure and function module of human resource management system in hospital, a human resource management system based on WEB is established. The establishment of a web-based hospital human resource management system has promoted the construction of hospital informatization and effectively improved the efficiency and quality of hospital human resources management.
