【Abstract】 Objective To analyze and study the application effect of B-ultrasound guided nerve block in clinical anesthesia. Methods From January 2018 to January 2019， 88 surgical patients in our hospital were selected to carry out this study. They were divided into reference group （n = 44） given conventional anesthesia and research group （n = 44） given B-ultrasound guided nerve block anesthesia， and the anesthetic effects of the two groups were compared.
