我们报告了采用SephadexG-50是液诱发小白鼠腹腔渗出液巨噬细胞的制备方法,并测定了注入胸腺素(F5)和正常小白鼠腹腔渗出液巨噬细胞内cAMP的含量.对照小白鼠巨噬细胞内cAMP含量为0.31—1.23PM/10~6细胞(M±SD0.77±0.46PM/10~6),而接受胸腺素的小白鼠表现明显增高(P<0.05).鉴于胸腺素(F5)有活化巨噬细胞及增加其cAMP含量的事实,因而我们认为测定巨噬细胞内cAMP的含量能揭示其功能状态,也可作为研究巨噬细胞活化或免疫刺激剂的指标.
We report the preparation of macrophages induced by peritoneal exudate in mice induced by liquid Sephadex G-50. The content of cAMP in peritoneal exudate macrophages injected with thymosin (F5) and normal mice was determined. The cAMP content of macrophages in mice was 0.31-1.23PM/10-6 cells (M±SD0.77±0.46PM/10-6), while the mice that received thymosin showed significantly higher levels (P<0.05). F5 has the effect of activating macrophages and increasing its cAMP content. Therefore, we believe that determining the cAMP content in macrophages can reveal its functional status, and it can also be used as an indicator to study macrophage activation or immune stimulants.
