冠状动脉正常的高血压患者心外膜和阻力血管对乙酰胆碱所致的内皮依赖性反应异常;但尚未研究高血压患者对另一种与内皮有关的刺激即血流增加的反应。本文通过在左前降支(LAD)中段选择性注入罂粟碱使血流增加,然后测量近端LAD内径的改变的方法在高血压患者中评价这种血流依赖性反应。
Endocardial-dependent responses to acetylcholine in the epicardial and resistance vessels of hypertensive patients with normal coronary arteries are abnormal; however, the response of hypertensive patients to another endothelial-related stimulus, ie, increased blood flow, has not been studied. This article reviews this blood flow-dependent response in hypertensive patients by selectively injecting papaverine into the midsection of the left anterior descending (LAD) to increase blood flow and then measuring changes in the proximal LAD diameter.
