糖尿病是一种波及全身器官的慢性代谢性疾病,糖尿病性视网膜病变、眼部血管损害及后视路损害已严重影响糖尿病人的生活质量,临床对糖尿病视网膜病变、视路病变及眼部血管病变三者之间相互影响和发生的先后顺序进行探讨和研究,早期发现有助于减缓或逆转病程的发展,随着影像技术的发展,可利用多种影像成像技术早期发现糖尿病对视网膜、视路、眼部血管的影响,对此进行相关性文献查阅,分别从糖尿病视网膜、视路病变及眼部血管病变的影像学成像的病理基础、CT、MRI、超声、眼底彩色照相与眼底荧光素血管造影五个方面进行综述,以了解影像技术对该病变的诊断和研究近况.“,”Diabetes mellitus is a chronic metabolic disease affecting all organs of the body. Diabetic retinopathy, ocular vascu-lar damage and optic tract damage have seriously affected the quality of life of diabetic patients. The interaction and sequence of the three cases of diabetic retinopathy, optic neuropathy and ocular vascular diseases have been researched and discussed during clinical treatment. Early detection can help slow or reverse the progression of the disease. With the development of imaging tech-nology, many imaging techniques can be used to detect the effects of diabetes on the retina, optic pathway and eye vessels. Litera-tures about imaging technologies of pathological basis, CT, MRI, ultrasound, fundus color photography and fundus fluorescein an-giography on the diseases of diabetic retinopathy, optic nerve diseases and ocular vascular have been referred, in order to under-stand the imaging technology for the diagnosis and research progress of this disease.
