为提高螺旋钻采煤机的输送效率,改善其输送性能,文中以螺旋钻杆的内径、叶片厚度、叶片导程及螺旋升角为设计变量,选择采煤机的输煤生产率最大和能耗最低作为优化目标,采用改进多目标粒子群算法对螺旋钻杆参数进行优化。优化结果表明:基于自适应惯性权重和交叉变异的多目标粒子群算法使螺旋钻采煤机的输煤生产率提高了24.1%,实际输送功率降低了4.8%。
