目的:研究甘草酸与乌头碱配伍对神经细胞的作用。方法:利用细胞培养技术体外培养大鼠大脑皮质神经细胞,运用MTT法测定甘草酸与乌头碱配伍对神经细胞存活率的影响,采用比色法测定甘草酸与乌头碱配伍对神经细胞内Na+,K+含量,钠-钾三磷酸腺苷酶(Na+,K+-ATPase)活力的影响。结果:1,2,4 g.L-1的甘草酸分别与2 g.L-1乌头碱配伍作用神经细胞30 min后,能不同程度拮抗乌头碱所致活细胞数降低,以及拮抗乌头碱所引起的神经细胞内Na+含量降低,K+含量和Na+,K+A-TPase活力的升高。结论:甘草酸能降低乌头碱所致神经细胞毒性,拮抗乌头碱所引起的神经细胞内环境的紊乱,乌头碱与甘草酸以1∶2配伍为佳。
Objective: To study the effect of glycyrrhizin and aconitine on nerve cells. Methods: The cultured rat cerebral cortical neurons were cultured in vitro.
