新疆库车地区晋十六国墓葬仅发现一处,地点为友谊路。已进行两次发掘,第一次为2007年,发掘砖室墓7座、小型竖穴墓3座;第二次为2010年,发现砖室墓5座。砖室墓属典型的汉式墓葬,有长方形单室墓、单室穹隆顶墓、双室穹隆顶墓三种形制,穹隆形墓顶收成长方形藻井。墓门上可能原均有照墙,上有砖雕建筑构件和神兽。部分砖室墓还留有壁画痕迹。葬式为多人多次葬。随葬品有陶器、铜器、 Xinjiang Kuqa area Jin sixteen tombs found only one place for Friendship Road.
