根据综合测试资料,着重统计分析了差动调速半连续小型轧机的产品精度。对成品尺寸的“大头、大尾”以及沿长度上的高频率波动进行了理论解析。从理论与实践上,明确了差动调速系统的速度品质是好的,满足了自由张力小型连轧工艺的要求。指出欲进一步提高产品精度、稳定连轧过程,必须开发型钢自由张力连轧的控制技术。
According to the comprehensive test data, the product accuracy of the semi-continuous semi-continuous mill with differential speed is analyzed emphatically. The size of the finished product “big head, big tail” and along the length of the high frequency fluctuations were theoretically analyzed. From theory and practice, it is clear that the speed and quality of the differential speed control system is good, which meets the requirements of the free tension and small continuous rolling process. It is pointed out that to further improve the product accuracy and stabilize the continuous rolling process, it is necessary to develop the control technology of free-form tension continuous rolling.
