随着医疗卫生事业改革的深入,客观主要求中医医院必须摆脱传统观念和原有体制模式的束缚,走出适合自己生存发展的新路。我院为适应卫生改革的需要,结合医院自身情况,实行了卓有成效的系列改革,使医院各项工作取得长足进步和发展。其主要做法如下:1 分配制度改革 医院领导班子首先抓住分配不公这一症结,提出深化分配制度改革,大胆引入竞争机制。全院取消固定奖金,实行一院多制,按劳取酬的新管理办法。
With the deepening of reforms in medical and health care, the objective chief demands that traditional Chinese medicine hospitals must break away from the shackles of traditional concepts and the original institutional model, and come up with a new path suitable for their survival and development. In order to meet the needs of the health reform, our hospital has implemented a series of effective reforms in conjunction with the hospital’s own situation and has made significant progress and development in all aspects of hospital work. The main methods are as follows: 1 Reform of the distribution system The hospital leadership team first seized the crux of the unfair distribution and proposed to deepen the reform of the distribution system and boldly introduce the competition mechanism. The whole institute canceled fixed bonuses, implemented a new system of management with one system and multiple systems.
