以~(H)3-ATP为底物,与日本血吸虫匀浆或全虫在37C保温作用,然后用阴离子交换树脂Dowex 1×2(100-200目)短柱(0.5×3cm)层析法一步分离酶反应产物~(H)3-AMP研究日本血吸虫匀浆及体表的腺苷酸环化酶活力。结果表明日本血吸虫腺苷酸环化酶活力的最适pH为7.5,虫龄20~40d的日本血吸虫的酶活力随虫龄增加而增高。40d虫龄成虫的酶活力为每对虫每min可分解~(H)3-ATP产生80000±3000cpm的~(H)3-cAMP,雄虫体表的酶活力高于雌虫。 3.3×10~4呋喃丙胺对血吸虫匀浆的腺苷酸环化酶有轻度抑制作用,而饱和浓度的吡喹酮对血吸虫体表的腺苷酸环化酶有明显的抑制作用,可抑制50%酶活力。

The activities of adult 40 days old adults were ~ (H) 3-cAMP, which decomposed ~ (H) 3-ATP every minute for 80,000 ± 3000 cpm. 3.3 × 10 ~ 4 furosemide had a mild inhibitory effect on adenylyl cyclase of schistosome homogenate, whereas the praziquantel had a significant inhibitory effect on adenylyl cyclase of Schistosoma japonicum, and could inhibit 50% enzyme activity.
