利用玉米花药培养进行单倍体育种,对于快速得到玉米纯系(自交系)和提高其纯合程度,曾引起了国内外育种工作者的普遍重视。国外至今只见到获得玉米愈伤组织并诱导出根的报导。我国科学工作者首次获得玉米花粉,自交结实种子。我们应用玉米花药培养,所得植株经移栽成活、加倍后,自交结实获得种子。随继又种入大田获得二代(H_2)花粉植株。现将其后代遗传性状的初步观察情况,简报如下。材料与方法花粉植株当代培养,在供试的46份材料中,有“桂单12”和592×(大凤7-2×H69/罗32)通过花药培养自交结实。接种材料采
Haploid breeding using maize anther culture has aroused universal attention of breeders at home and abroad for rapidly obtaining pure maize (inbred lines) and increasing its homozygosity.
