幼儿园教育的主要任务是开发幼儿智力,增强幼儿体质,提高幼儿素质,为进入小学打好基础。为了减小幼小衔接坡度,我在做幼儿园大班工作中,着重探讨了幼儿大班跟小学衔接的问题。在与小学生接触中,了妥到新入学一年级的幼儿,注意力集中时间短暂,自控能力差,上课坐不住,爱做小动作;做事有始无终,常常完不成作业;生活自理能力弱,不能主动参与集体活动,抽象思维能力差,学习汉字和数学适应慢,产生厌学的情绪等等,造成部分学生学习成绩低下。带着这些问题,我认真探讨在幼儿教育过渡时期的生理、心理特点,因材施教,对幼儿进行干预训练,有效地减小了幼小衔接的坡度,使幼儿尽快地适应了小学的学习、生活。

With these questions, I seriously study the physical and psychological characteristics of early childhood education, teach students according to their aptitudes, and train young children in interventions so as to effectively reduce the slope of young convergence and make young children adapt to primary school learning and living as quickly as possible.
