2015年始,“创客”“众创空间”俨然成为中国经济新常态的热词。高校作为科技创新的主力军,是“大学生创客”生成的主阵地,具备建设“众创空间”的独特优势。通过对浙江省部分实体化运作的高校众创空间的观察与深访发现,当前,高校众创空间集聚效应有限,并存在认识不统一、功能发挥不足、盈利模式不清晰等问题。因此,树立系统思维,结合大学生创客的独特性,从思维性因子、市场性因子、服务性因子、文化性因子等多元因子的视角,构建完整的创业生态圈,并逐步提升其系统绩效,理应成为平台设计与制度安排的出发点。
Since the beginning of 2015, “Maker ” “Creation Space ” has become a hot word in the new normal of China’s economy. As the main force of science and technology innovation, colleges and universities are the main positions formed by “students making students”, and have the unique advantages of building “creating space”. Through the observation and in-depth study of some public schools in Zhejiang Province, this paper finds that there are a lot of problems in public schools at present such as unconformity, lack of function and unclear profit model. Therefore, establishing a systematic thinking and combining the unique characteristics of college students to create a business, from the perspective of multiple factors such as thinking factor, market factor, service factor and cultural factor, to build a complete entrepreneurial ecosystem, and gradually improve its system performance, It should become the starting point of platform design and system arrangement.
