在中国长茄(Solanum melongena L.var.serpemtium Bailey)人工自花授粉24小时后,给其子房注射粘毛茄(S.sisymbriifolium Lam.)的总DNA,其后代性状发生了变异。出现变异的后代D_1株系中23.48%的植株叶面着生硬刺,倾向供体;多花序出现频率由5%提高到16.42%;有4.67%的植株果形由细长形变为长圆形。后代D_2变异性状有分离。D_2苗期叶片过氧化物酶同工酶酶谱有变异。初步认为,变异是外源DNA导入受体的结果。
After 24-day artificial self-pollination of Solanum melongena L. var. Serptiumtium Bailey, the total DNA of S.sisymbriifolium Lam. Was injected into the ovary and the offspring trait was mutated.
