自负压钻井 (UBD)的腐蚀第一次被作为一个问题提出来的这几年 ,已经研究出了使用含氧钻井液的腐蚀控制理论 ,并在实验室的测试中得到了满意的结果。本文提出了解决腐蚀问题的方案 ,并用Chevron和Howell石油公司在怀俄明州的两口存在潜在腐蚀的负压井来说明在设计和井场应用中的实际结果。
In the past few years, the corrosion of negative pressure drilling (UBD) was first put forward as a problem. Corrosion control theory using oxygen-containing drilling fluid has been developed and satisfactory results have been obtained in laboratory tests. This paper presents a solution to the problem of corrosion and illustrates the practical results in design and well site applications using two potentially negatively pressurized negative pressure wells from Chevron and Howell Petroleum in Wyoming.
